Outcome of Treatment Competency Exam (OTCE)- X0175
This competency can be challenged on any patient that you have created a treatment plan for (either during an OD or POE) and performed treatment in at least 3 disciplines.
The competency consists of the independent evaluation of your completed dental treatment during a POE appointment.
You must inform your covering faculty that you are challenging this competency prior to the appointment beginning. The X-code can be planned chair-side.
Grading will be completed on a paper form (see link below) by your covering faculty and must then be given to Weslie Williams, the Administrative Assistant in the Department of Restorative Dentistry, for recording. For grading criteria, click on the link below:
