Ordering Implant Parts
1- Look up which implant system is being used with your patient (found in the patient’s chart in the notes or the Implant Flowsheet)
2- Look up the parts you need to order in the appropriate system catalog found in AxiUm
AxiUm > Links > Prosthodontic Documents Folder > Catalogs
3- Fill out the Implant Order Form (You can also pick up a hard copy beside Weslie’s desk in the Restorative pod)
4- Have your order verified by one of the Pros faculty
5- Place your approved order form in Dr. Daniel Wilson's box to be ordered
